Obsessive, compulsive mathematical puzzle game Threes! has been updated with a welcome new feature that makes you pull your hair out roughly 33 percent less often.

The game will now let you know if an incoming white card is larger than '3' by showing a '+' symbol on the next card icon. That was one of the "random, chaotic elements" we complained about in our Gold Award review.

The update also features an "autosign scores" option to speed up restarting games, and the ability to play upside-down on iPad. That'll be handy for Australian players.
