Salvage is a bass-driven rhythm game in which you swipe and tap to the beat to dodge obstacles and shoot robots in an abstract tunnel.

The music is provided by the likes of Noisia, ZOMBOY, and SKisM. In other words, expect the warbling bass lines and heavy beats of drum 'n' bass and dubstep to tap along to.

While the list of artists would be enough to sell me on Salvage, it also needs a good development team for further reassurance.

As it turns out, it's the first game from two-man team Mad Fellows which consist of Guitar Hero DLC and DJ Hero veterans Dan Horbury and Paul Norris.

At the moment, Salvage has only just been announced, so there's only a trailer to watch and no details of when we can expect it.

We do know that Salvage will come to Windows PCs first, and then iOS and Android afterwards, though. See more at the official site, here.
