Cheese-based puzzling is on its way to the PS Vita this spring in both North America and Europe thanks to Curve Studios and its decision to publish MouseCraft.

The product of indie Polish team Crunching Koalas, MouseCraft plays like a game of Tetris mixed with levels of Lemmings.

Taking a cue from cognitive psych, your goal is to guide a group of mice through a maze-like machine to get the cheese at the other end.

You can't control the mice directly, however, but you can drop Tetrominos in their path to help them navigate a level.

MouseCraft has 50 levels available in the main campaign mode and will also feature leaderboards, collectibles, and a ranking system.

Additionally, it'll launch with a fully fleshed-out level editor that you can use to create your own deviously challenging levels.

We don't have a release date for MouseCraft just yet, but you'll brie happy to know that Curve Studios plans to release it in North America and Europe this May.

We'll keep you updated when we know more.

Note: The video used for this story is of the PC version of MouseCraft which will launch alongside the PS Vita version.
