You might have already read our post about the PS Vita Slim's confirmed spring release date in the US.

In which case, you've probably noted that Sony's pared-back handheld will be available in North America as part of a Borderlands 2 bundle.

In the same post detailing this upcoming Vita Slim bundle, Sony let slip some details about the handheld port of Gearbox's first-person sci-fi RPG.

Perhaps most interestingly, Borderlands 2 for Vita will contain six (yes, six!) DLC packs.

So, you'll get Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty, Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage, the Psycho Character Class, the Mechromancer Character Class, the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1, AND the Collector's Edition Pack.

On top of that, Gearbox has tweaked the game to take advantage of some of the different hardware elements of the Vita. So, yep, there'll be pinch-to-zoom maps, swipeable inventory screens, and other little additions.

You'll also be able to team up with three friends to go gallivanting around Pandora, shooting as many things as you can along the way.

There'll even be Cross Save support, so you can pick up your portable adventure on your PS3 right from where you left off on Vita.

Borderlands 2 will be available in the spring in the US. Hopefully, it'll go live in the UK at the same time.
