Sony confirms the PS Vita Slim will be available in the US in the spring

The US has a weight problem.
For too long, its PS Vitas have been podgy and rounded, their excellent screens the only compensation for their obesity.
No more, though, for Sony has confirmed that the PS Vita Slim will be available in North American stores in "spring".
We've already had a play around with a slimline Vita. And while the extra battery life and pocket-saving dimensions are nice, we thought the new screen was a lot less impressive than the OLED beauty on the original model.
The PS Vita Slim will be bundled with upcoming FPS port Borderlands 2 in the US for $199.99. In that limited edition box, you'll get the Vita Slim, the game, and an 8GB memory card. Which is a pretty good deal.
