Yay-RPG?

I'd love to see Kemco's release schedule documents. They must be like mad spider webs, stretching out across a vast network of paper, with related titles linked via lengths of red string.

They might be inked in blood. Or ink. It's probably a Google Doc, now I think about it. Hmm, that's not as evocative, though.

Anyway, there's a new Kemco JRPG out for iOS, and it's called Journey to Kreisia.

This one is in 2D and looks like a lot of other old JRPGs. Oh, and pretty much everyone in it has silly hair. There might be a cat lady, too.

In terms of major USPs here, there's the fact that your weapons get stronger when you hit monsters with them, there's an orb synthesising system, and there's a battle arena in which you can face off against super-tough beasts.

There's also a story about an Overlord, and a student sucked into a different time stream who must face his destiny.

Multiple races co-habiting the same planet, angst, hair products, ridiculous clothes, and large pillars of light all seem to play a part, too. Maybe.

Journey to Kreisia is available on the App Store right this second, and will cost you just £2.49 / $3.99 [buy] if you grab it now. After that, it'll go up to £5.49 / $7.99.

It's also out on Android for £3.99 / $3.99 [buy].
