Glitch Games's '80s-inspired cartoon point-and-click adventure Ferris Mueller's Day Off is available for iOS and Android right now.

The game is a bizarre mix of John Hughes-aping comedy, a scratchily drawn Wild West comedy, and Glitch Games's trademark tough puzzling backbone.

We liked Glitch Games's previous work on the Forever Lost series. To say this new title is a departure in style from those grim and gloomy psychiatric hospital-set escapades, though, is like saying chocolate isn't ham.

You can grab Ferris Mueller's Day Off from the App Store in HD [buy] and SD [buy] for 69p / 99c a pop. Or you can grab it from the Google Play Store in HD [buy] or SD [buy] form for the same price.
