Out at midnight: Battle Supremacy sees Sky Gamblers dev Atypical drop planes for tanks
With PG First Play video
Atypical is best known for its fleet of Sky Gamblers games. However, it's trying something different in tank combat game Battle Supremacy, due to blast onto the UK and US App Stores at midnight tonight.
Instead of warplanes, then, you drive tanks in Battle Supremacy. And instead of mid-air dogfights, you swap shells with enemy tanks and blow up trucks and buildings. It's slow work, but someone's got to do it.
Battle Supremacy features a single-player campaign with 12 missions. It also boasts online multiplayer modes like team death match, domination, and king of the hill. Plus, you'll get the chance to drive jeeps, light armoured vehicles, boats, and airplanes.
It'll be out on iPhone and iPad later tonight in the UK and US, where it will cost £2.99 / $4.99. You'll need iOS 7 and at least an iPhone 4, a third-gen iPod touch, an iPad 2, or any iPad mini to play it. Battle Supremacy also supports iOS 7 controllers.
See it in action in our PG First Play video above.
