Heavy Rockets is a shooter and a racer set around a series of caves.
Its minimalist art style sees your vessel, and enemy ships, simply being arrows. In the races you'll have to compete for the best lap times while drifting around corners with care.
The shooting side of the game seems a little more interesting, simply because of the various types of ammunition. Heat-seeking missiles, plasma shotguns, harpoons, and even bouncing ammo make up just some of the selection.
Heavy Rockets is primarily an online competitive game. By winning races against friends other opponents, you'll unlock more features of the game, including new ammo types for the battlefield.
It's expected to come to iOS and Mac in Q1 2014, so we shouldn't have long to wait for its arrival. The teaser below shows the game in motion.
