Full Control has confirmed that the iPad version of its digital adaptation of the classic Games Workshop boardgame Space Hulk will go live on the App Store on December 5th.

In this game, you take control of a squad of heavily armoured Space Marine Terminators who are trying to complete a mission in the twisted wreckage of one of the "space hulks".

Turn-based battles against multi-armed creatures known as Genestealers thus ensue, as you frantically try to shoot and think your way through the dank, claustrophobic corridors of the tomb-like hulk.

The iPad version will feature cross-platform multiplayer with the PC and Mac editions, as well as a 12-mission single-player mode based on the Sin of Damnation campaign from the third edition of the boardgame.

Space Hulk will set you back £6.99 / $9.99 when it surfaces on the App Store next week. Until then, though, why not check out the screenshots in the gallery at the top of this page.
