This week on the PS Vita Store: Lone Survivor, FIFA 14, and free PS Plus games
Balls! The undead! Free games!
It's a foot-to-ball sort of week on the PS Vita Store.
That's thanks to the annual instalment of everyone's favourite ball-kicking game and the inclusion of a classic indie horror game on the PSN store.
It's also time for a new batch of free PS Plus games. So, if you're a PS Plus subscriber, prepare to buy yet another Vita memory card.
There's not a lot else otherwise, but we're not going to complain. Two big downloadable releases and a bunch of free games is okay with us!
Let's see what's on offer this week, then...
Full-price releasesLone Survivor is the big one this week. It's an indie horror game, filled with nasty pixels and horrible noises that will make you want to cry.
But seriously... I don't think I've ever played a game before Lone Survivor that was so grim that it made me feel mentally fatigued. How many games can you say that about, huh.
With £9.99, you can bag this big ball of digital nerves. It's definitely worth it, especially if you love scares.
FIFA 14 is the latest entry in EA's long-running series. You know, in case you hadn't guessed. EA admits this iteration is just a re-skin of last year's release with new player rosters, so you might not want to bother.
Or maybe you will. I won't judge you (much). That'll cost you a whopping £44.99 on Vita. Or you can pick up the PSP version for £19.99.
Sales, price drops, and PS PlusIn the US, there's a sale on Assassin's Creed games. This means you can pick up the fairly decent Assassin's Creed III: Liberation for $18.89 if you so choose.
Urban Trial Freestyle is also on sale for $4.99.
But PS Plus is where it's at. On the European PS Vita store, you can download Street Fighter X Tekken and Touch My Katamari for free.
On the US store, meanwhile, you can bag Rayman Origins for free, and Limbo on the cheap ($11.99).
There aren't any new PlayStation Mobile releases this week, so that's your lot.
Until next week!
