RocketCat Games and Madgarden want to take you on a zombie-littered road trip in Death Road to Canada

There are very few mobile games out there that get two thumbs-up from the ENTIRE Pocket Gamer team.
In fact, I don't think there are any. The closest we've ever come to all nodding sagely in opinion-agreement, however, is over RocketCat's Punch Quest.
So, you can imagine just how excited we've all been about Wayward Saga, the upcoming action-RPG from RocketCat that we previewed at GDC earlier in the year.
Now, though, there's even more reason to be excited about the future, because RocketCat has revealed it's working on ANOTHER game in a post on the Touch Arcade forums.
This pixel-art survival-horror game is entitled Death Road to Canada; it's being made in collaboration with Chillaxian developer Madgarden; and it contains elements of Choose Your Own Adventure and roguelike games.
As you can tell from the Death Road to Canada announcement trailer above, the odds are very much in the zombies' favour.
The game is tentatively scheduled for an October release, and should set you back around $2.99 / $4.99. RocketCat has said there'll be no IAPs in the game.
So, if you like your zombies shambling, your characters randomly generated, and your games to be full of surprises, you might want to keep an eye out for Death Road to Canada.
