Joe Danger drops price by 66 percent to celebrate major 1.0.3 update
New levels, characters, and more
Hello Games has a wealth of good news for fans of the Pocket Gamer Gold Award-winning Joe Danger.
Namely, it's slashed the price by 66 per cent to 99c / 69p, and it's released the biggest update to the iOS version since its launch in January.
Deceptively called version 1.0.3, Hello Games managed to slide in 21 new levels, five new characters, and a new game mode that effectively doubles the content of Joe Danger all into this one, free update.
The new mode, called Calendar Tour, gives you a new level to tackle for every day of the week. If you complete each weekly set of levels, you'll be moved up to a new set of harder levels for the next week.
Additionally, if you complete the daily challenges you'll win a big coin reward which will help if you're looking to buy some of the new playable characters unveiled in v 1.0.3, including a ninja and a pirate.
Finally, Hello Games added a new "Laboratory" environment (above) that lets you put your skills to the test in a safe, customizable environment.
