Infinity Blade II is a great example of a boundary-pushing iOS game.

We gave it a Silver Award at review, describing it as a "brutal, cyclical action-RPG that builds on the foundations of its predecessor".

Guess what?

Yep, for a limited time only, you can buy Chair Entertainment's swipe-and-slash adventure for just 69p / 99c. Act swiftly or you'll miss out. You have been warned.

As well as tackling Infinity Blade II's excellent single-player campaign, you can team up with pals in the ClashMob mode to take down massive bosses and win rare prizes.

You'll need to buy equipment and potions if you want to get far in the game, mind. And learning what each of the three different types of weapons does is the key to surviving the deeper recesses of the dungeon.

To sum up, then: if you haven't played Infinity Blade II yet, there's never been a better chance to do so.

So, head on over to the App Store before June 30th and bag one of the best games on iOS for next to nothing. Just do it.
