Over on IGN, DrinkBox Studios has revealed the first concrete details about the first wave of DLC for its Gold Award-winning PS Vita platformer Guacamelee!

And the best news? We don't have long to wait to get our hands on more luchadore action. That's because the so-called "Costume Pack" will go live on PSN on June 4th in the US and on June 5th in the UK and Europe.

The other big news is that PS Vita players will be able to play as Tostada for the first time once the DLC goes live later this week. So, yeah, you'll be able to swap freely between Tostada and Juan at the game's checkpoints.

As you might imagine from the name, the Costume Pack DLC takes the form of three different outfits between which Juan and Tostada can swap.

Co-founder of DrinkBox Studios Graham Smith explained to IGN how each of these costumes "has a risk/reward thing built into it".

The Chicken costume, for example, enables you to regenerate health but means your stamina regenerates slower. The Identity Swap costume makes your standard attacks stronger but weakens your throws. And the Skeleton costume grants you infinite stamina but takes all of the health packs out of the game.

There aren't any new missions to speak of in this upcoming DLC, but you can earn new trophies by completing feats while wearing the new costumes.

The Costume Pack will set you back £1.25 / $1.99 when it becomes available on the PSN Store in the next couple of days.
