If you're a comic book fan who's willing to overlook weak game design in the interest of prancing around as one of your favourite costumed heroes, then there's a chance you might still be enjoying Injustice: Gods Among Us.

That being the case, you're probably going to be stoked to hear that you can now play as Lobo.

The cult X-rated bounty hunter brings his unique alien physiology to the DC brawler. So what can he do, other than looking like an extra from a Kiss video?

Well, Lobo is immune to the power drain ability, for starters. He also brings his own set of support cards, including space dolphins. If you have no idea what we're talking about, you're probably not one of those people we mentioned in the intro.

As well as including Lobo, the update makes the Red Son character pack available. This features Red Son Superman, Red Son Wonder Woman, and Red Son Solomon Grundy, and the promise of more Red Son characters to come.

Warner Bros. has also taken the opportunity to improve Injustice's online stability - particularly when it comes to logging in - and to fix some issues with the support card system.

Version 1.4 of Injustice: Gods Among Us is available on the App Store now.
