Every week, thousands of new games hit the iOS App Store and Google Play on Android. Trying to find the diamonds in the rough is no easy task, let us assure you.

We like to think we do a pretty good job with our news articles, mid-week round-ups, expert reviews, and comprehensive features, mind.

But, now we want to know what YOU think.

Today, we're going to ask you to pick the best game that was released on iOS and Android from the past week (from the nominations below), and then we'll announce the winner in a glamorous article next Wednesday.

There are loads of places to vote. Leave a comment at the bottom of this article; reply to our Game of the Week tweet; answer the poll on Facebook; or write your nomination on a piece of paper and slip it through your neighbour's letterbox.

Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta (iPhone, iPad) In this action-packed adventure title, you take on the role of Nathan Drake wannabe Faris Jawad, and embark on an adventure across the Middle East in search of famous Muslim explorer Ibn Battuta.
Quell Memento (iPhone, iPad) Quell Memento is an intriguing "zen" puzzle game in which you attempt to restore order to the jumbled memory of the last occupant of an old abandoned house.
Poker Night 2 (iPhone, iPad) Play poker with Claptrap from Borderlands, Ash Williams from Army of Darkness, and other infamous characters. 'Nuff said, really.
Men's Room Mayhem (Android) You're a janitor. You're in charge of your very own chaotic men's room. You're responsible for directing patrons to urinals and into cubicles, and ensuring that your WC stays spotless.
