This week on the PS Vita Store - Men's Room Mayhem, Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, and Passing Time
Gee whizz
There isn't a great deal of new stuff on the PlayStation Store for PS Vita owners this week, to be honest. Although if you're a PS Plus subscriber, you may find something worth picking up.
There's a fun little game filled with genuine toilet humour, for instance, while the PlayStation Mobile section is looking reasonably interesting this week.
In general, though, it's a relatively poor show, and you aren't going to be sticking around the online store for very long today.
With this in mind, let's get right on with it...
Full-price releasesEuropean Vita owners can download Men's Room Mayhem this week for £1.99. It's a bit like Flight Control, except set in a men's bathroom.
If my review of Men's Room Mayhem doesn't convince you to pick it up, then perhaps the PS Plus discount will (read on for details of that).
There's also a LittleBigPlanet Vita Mass Effect costume available to buy, if you're into that kind of thing. It costs... £4.79?! Wow. Never mind, then.
Ratchet & Clank: QForce has also gained a ton of DLC overnight, ranging from weapons packs to monster packs. They cost £1.19 apiece. Well, save for the freebie Miniboss Pack.
Americans can get their hands dirty on Men's Room Mayhem, too, although they only have to pay $1.39 for the 'privilege'.
You jammy, jammy US folk can also grab Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, which is FINALLY released on Vita. $19.99 for those who haven't already bought it for PS3.
PlayStation Plus games and offersGot a PS Plus subscription? Then, you should really go and grab Men's Room Mayhem at 50 percent off. 99p sure is a lovely price.
Americans, on the other hand, can get both Pinball Arcade and Germinator for free.
The former is great and well worth a download. The latter isn't so great, but is still worth grabbing. Since, you know, it's free.
PlayStation Mobile releases
If this week's full-priced new PS Vita releases don't tickle your fancy, maybe the new PS Mobile games will.
Passing Time is a game you should definitely be aware of. It's from the guys who made Frobisher Says, and it's an hilarious-looking football game. That costs $1.99.
Yu-nama: The Puzzle is an odd one. It's essentially No Heroes Allowed for the PSP, albeit stripped down into an action-puzzle experience. £2.39 for this oddball.
The Labyrinth isn't exactly unique, but it could be fun. You tilt your Vita to roll a ball around a maze full of holes. Just 79p for this.
Another Japanese one here... Saicoro-puzzle*KURA:ssic is a Tetris-like puzzle game in which you stack blocks on top of one another. Might be fun. It's free to download in any case.
MegaBlast looks pretty nifty. It's a score attack arcade shooter with ship upgrades and huge bullet-hell bosses. It costs £1.79.
PSP and PSone ClassicsThere are no new PSP or PSone games this week on the store, but there are some discounts. Well... a single discount.
If you so choose, you can pick up Auditorium on PSP for just 99c (down from $9.99). Not a bad price at all, soldier.
That's about it, though. See you next week.
