This week, Peter, Keith, and I call for order in the Pocket Gamer podcast court, as we try to get to the bottom of the most pressing iOS-related cases.

First on the docket: we explore why The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) is threatening to take legal action against those who implement potentially unlawful IAPs in their games.

Having solved that problem, we uncover the truth behind XCOM: Enemy Unknown's transition from PC to iOS.

Then, we put Kickstarter success story Star Command on trial for being "only 30% of the original vision".

Beavering away

As always, the New Releases get their day in court, starting off with beaver-packed platformer Lumber Jacked.

We also discuss PC point-and-click port Gemini Rue, examine Dungeon Hunter 4's copious micro-transactions, and get all Miss Marple with the Blue Toad Murder Files.

Finally, as neither Keith nor I have played anything of consequence over the past seven days, Peter tells us all about the surreal majesty of Motor World: Car Factory.
