Sonic Dash
By Hardlight - download for iPhone and iPad

In this Temple Run 2-style endless-runner, you step into the jet-heeled shoes of Sega's Blue Blur, who must sprint as far as possible along obstacle-filled pathways.

As in most modern endless-running titles, Sonic Dash is packed full of collectibles and missions, which usually involve collecting a set number of gold rings or defeating a specific enemy.

There are also power-ups, such as magnets and boosts, that you'll need to master if you want to bag a high score and top the title's Game Center-powered leaderboards.

The Curse
By Mojo Bones - download for iPhone and iPad

Mojo Bones's The Curse is a collection of 100 increasingly difficult puzzles, mini-games, and brainteasers that are sure to leave you pulling your hair out.

Your aim, then, is to solve these puzzles and banish a mischievous adversary known as the Mannequin, who you've unwittingly released from an ancient book.

These puzzles involve solving riddles, completing electrical circuits, and finishing those pesky sliding block puzzles that everybody hates.
