iOS and Android Game of the Week - your vote needed
|

Each week, thousands of new games hit the iOS App Store and Google Play on Android. Trying to separate the wheat from the chaff is a tough job, and no mistake.

We like to think that we do a pretty good job of it with our news articles, mid-week round-ups, reviews, and features, mind.

But, we want to know what YOU think.

Today, we're asking you to pick the best game that was released on iOS and Android this week (from some nominations), and then we'll present that winner in an article next Tuesday.

There are loads of places to vote. Leave a comment on this article, reply to our Game of the Week tweet, vote on Facebook, or just yell your nomination into a stranger's crying face.

The nominations
Super Stickman Golf 2 (iPhone, iPad, Android) Noodlecake Studios's ridiculously tough golf follow-up is packed with new courses, power-ups, multiplayer modes, and moments that will leave you pulling your own hair out of your head.
Ridiculous Fishing (iPhone, iPad) Let's face it: heading out onto the sea to catch fish with a rod is boring. Heading out onto the sea to catch fish with chainsaws, machine guns, toasters, and bowling bowls, however, is awesome.
The Croods (iPhone, iPad, Android) Based on DreamWorks Animation's upcoming movie of the same name, Rovio's latest title tasks you with gathering food, taming wild animals, and creating wacky inventions in order to break out of the Stone Age.
NightSky (iPhone, iPad, Android) What's this? A game without enemies, bosses, or violence? Surely not? In this acclaimed title, your objective is to roll a mysterious crystal ball across a variety of breathtaking environments.
10000000 (Android) Combine similarly coloured gems and complete match-three puzzles to explore dungeons, find items, and slay monsters in this Puzzle Quest 2-style RPG-cum-dungeon-crawler.
Chaos Rings II (Android) Chaos Rings II is essentially a Final Fantasy VII-esque title designed specifically for your smartphone. So, expect lots of exploration and LOTS of turn-based battles.
