Atlus USA posted a new teaser trailer and information on the upcoming first-person roleplaying game Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan.

Like the earlier titles in the series, Etrian Odyssey IV once again turns to the World Tree for inspiration and puts you in charge of mapping a course to the fabled Yggdrasil to earn eternal fame and glory.

Along the way, you'll have to fight through mobs of monsters, traverse a nearly-impenetrable forest, and put your mapping and observational skills to the test.

Bring on the loot

Those who pre-order Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan will receive several bonuses similar to what Atlus provided for Code of Princess.

These bonuses will take the form of a free "Music and Art Collection" that features a full-colour book of game art and a "Rough Drafts & Outtakes" CD that provides alternate takes on the game's musical themes. Additionally, the pre-order bonus collection also includes exclusive art from acclaimed illustrator Alexandra Douglass.

While there is still no word on a European release date, fans of the series in the US can look forward to the release of Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan on February 26 2013.
