As promised, Fluttermind has released an iPhone version of its highly rated iPad puzzler Incoboto.

An ingenious interactive tale of a small boy who joins forces with a lonely sun to relight the galaxy, Incoboto captured our imagination when it landed on the iPad back in March.

In fact, we were so taken with its charming aesthetic, clever puzzles, and rich atmosphere, we gave the iPad version a Pocket Gamer Gold Award.

For Incoboto Mini on iPhone, Fluttermind has devised an "utterly revamped" control system, which the company claims will deliver "a smoother playing experience".

Fluttermind has also taken this opportunity to update the controls of the iPad version and sort out a few audio bugs.

Fix incoming

It should be noted that, at the time of writing, there is a warning attached to Incoboto Mini's App Store listing in which Fluttermind states that a "crash fix for the iPhone 5 is imminent".

We expect this issue to be resolved quickly, but in the meantime buyers beware and all that.

You can purchase Incoboto Mini on iPhone for £1.49 / $1.99 now. iPad owners can grab the tablet version for £2.49 / $3.99.
