Triple Town developer Spry Fox has landed the final blow in its lengthy legal battle against a brazen clone called Yeti Town. The developer won ownership of the Yeti Town IP, and promptly pulled the app from Apple's digital store.

Last week, we reported that Yeti Town developer 6waves Lolapps reached an out-of-court settlement with Spry Fox, after its attempts to dismiss the Triple Town creator's copyright infringement claim fell flat.

The exact details of that settlement remain confidential, but Spry Fox CEO David Edery wrote on his blog, "I can disclose that as a consequence of the settlement, ownership of the Yeti Town IP has been transferred to Spry Fox."

As such, the game has now vanished from the App Store.

"We are very happy with the outcome and glad to be finished with this matter," Edery wrote. "We look forward to putting 100 per cent of our time and energy into our games, like the upcoming Leap Day, Steambirds 2, and Panda Poet mobile."
