Epic RPG Ravensword: Shadowlands will have 'the biggest 3D world to date' on iOS

Crescent Moon Games has finally revealed its hotly-anticipated sequel to iPhone RPG Ravensword. The game is called Ravensword: Shadowlands, and it should hit the App Store before the end of 2012.

The studio's founder and creative director, Josh Presseisen, tells Pocket Gamer that it will be Crescent Moon's biggest RPG to date, with more than two years of development behind the game.

In fact, the "game's size will probably be the biggest world to date of any 3D game on the iOS," Presseisen tells us.

Most players will squeeze more than 40 hours worth of gameplay out of the title, whether that's going down the main storyline or faffing about with side-quests. You can also get in trouble with the law and go to jail, own houses, and buy furniture.

Shadowlands will also have an in-depth customisation system, so you can choose your own swords, shields, equipment, and magic spells.

You won't need to wait too long for this one. "We're finishing up the game now," Presseisen tells us. "We're expecting to be done by Q4." Put this one on the top of your wish list, right this second.
