Illusion Labs has lit the fuse on its visually striking platform-puzzler Blast-A-Way, which is primed to explode on the App Store tomorrow.

In this handsome brainteaser, you are in control of three robots who are searching for some missing cuboid creatures, appropriately named "Boxies".

To save these right-angled rascals, you'll have to employ a number of tools, ranging from bombs and portals to colourisers and teleporters.

Building better worlds

Blast-A-Way's levels (of which there are 80) are built from five different materials, with the plentiful wooden surfaces calling to mind the studio's Labyrinth series.

If you want to see the game in motion (hint: you do), then check out the gameplay teaser below.

Blast-A-Way will be available on iPhone and iPad tomorrow for £2.99 / $4.99.
