Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light explores new horizons on Xperia phones

Square Enix announced that its Pocket Gamer Bronze Award-winning game Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light will come to Android for the first time.

As part of an exclusivity deal with Sony, however, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light will only be available for the Xperia S, Xperia ion, and the Xperia Play.

Once the limited period of exclusivity ends, it can be expected that the game will be available for other Android devices as well.

Tomb, raided

This announcement comes after Square Enix recently announced a 50 per cent sale for the iPhone and iPad versions of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.

The Xperia Android version is also on sale for half of the normal price, and will cost 99p, $1.29 or €1.19 for those who purchase before July 23rd.

After that date, the pricing will return to the normal £1.99 / $2.99 / 2.39€.
