Disney's Wreck-It Ralph to appear in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

Sega has revealed that Wreck-It Ralph, from the upcoming Disney movie of the same name, will be a playable character in 3DS and Vita racer Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

Ralph is an animated comedy about an arcade villain who's tired of being a bad guy. He escapes from his cabinet through the power cord, but gets stuck in a number of different games. It features cameos appearances from the likes of Bowser, Zangief, and Sonic The Hedgehog.

All-Stars Racing Transformed, on the other hand, is a racing game sequel for 3DS and Vita. It features dynamic tracks that change and fall apart as you race. In turn, your vehicle can morph into a boat or a plane to deal with the ever-changing circuits.

Ralph will join characters like Sonic; AiAi from Super Monkey Ball; Beat from Jet Set Radio; Gilius Thunderhead from Golden Axe; Reala from Nights into Dreams; and Danica Patrick - a real-life NASCAR driver.

The game will launch on November 16th. The movie is out two weeks earlier, on November 2nd. Ralph is getting his own tie-in game on 3DS and DS, and that will join the movie in November.

Screenshots are from the home console versions of the game.
