If you enjoy whiling away the hours solving sudoku puzzles and taking your friend's money in poker, you should probably check out SudokuPDQ, which manages to combine both of these popular pursuits in a single game.

In SudokuPDQ, you have to race against other players from around the world to solve one square of a familiar 9x9 sudoku grid and bag copious amounts of virtual money.

Each game you play consists of five 20-second rounds - all of which offer five brand-new puzzles to complete. If you're not competing against other players in Multiplayer mode, you'll be up against the clock in Practice mode.

You can download SudokuPDQ for free for the iPad [download] and for Android-powered tablets [download].
