Back in March, we got wind of a diabolical scheme to bring First Star Software's split-screen trap-'em-up Spy vs. Spy to iOS this summer.

Now, a coded message from Warner Bros. and Robots & Pencils has appeared which contains further details on the upcoming port, including compatible devices and featured game modes.

If you want to solve the code for yourself, then ignore the spoilers below, dig out your Enigma machine, and get to work.

If you just want to know the facts, the code reads:

White and black spies resurface -(stop)- iPad -(stop)- iPhone -(stop)- iPod Touch -(stop)- online two players -(stop)- this summer -(stop)- this message will self destruct in five seconds -(stop)-

Two's company

It's safe to say that two-player support was pretty much guaranteed back in March, mind, given the competitive nature of the original title.

Still, it's good to know that players can set traps for iPhone owners on the other side of the world. 'International' was always our favourite flavour of espionage, anyway.

Spy vs. Spy should sneak onto iPhone and iPad later this summer.
