New Super Mario Bros. 2 receives release date for Australia and New Zealand

The upcoming 3DS platformer New Super Mario Bros. 2 has received an official release date for Australia and New Zealand.
Mario fans in Oceania will only have to wait until August 18th to purchase the game.
As with other parts of the world, New Super Mario Bros. 2 can either be purchased at a traditional brick and mortar retailer or downloaded directly from Nintendo’s eShop.
Go for the GoldIn addition to the familiar platforming that helped make the franchise so popular, New Super Mario Bros. 2 will feature a Gold Rush mode that will challenge players to collect as many gold coins as possible in a level using only a single life.
The new 3DS installment will also feature a built-in co-operative option that allows you to play through the game’s single-player campaign with a friend.
New Super Mario Bros. 2 will be available for purchase in Europe on August 17th and in America on August 19th.
