Worms 2: Armageddon for iOS updated with asynchronous multiplayer
Compete in 16 simultaneous battles
Team17 has just updated its Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning iPhone and iPad blow-'em-up Worms 2: Armageddon with asynchronous multiplayer functionality.
This means you can now battle your buddies or strangers found via Game Center's auto-match facility in turn-based bouts. You can compete in 16 simultaneous battles, which you you can drop in and out of at will.
Worms 2: Armageddon already featured multiplayer gameplay over Bluetooth, wi-fi, so there are plenty of opportunities to destroy your friends's worms with grenades, shotguns, and plenty of other wacky weapons.
