E3 2012: Nintendo announces Scribblenauts Unlimited for 3DS and Wii U

Although much of Nintendo's ongoing E3 keynote presentation has been devoted to the company's Wii U console, there have also been a few exciting announcements for 3DS owners.

Chief among them is the news that Warner Bros. and 5th Cell are launching Scribblenauts Unlimited for both the 3DS and Wii U.

Scribblenauts Unlimited offers a new gameplay element that allows you to combine words. During the E3 presentation, a demo player combined 'automobile' and 'dog' to create 'Auto-Dog', a faithful friend with four tyres where its legs once were.

Nintendo will release more details on Scribblenauts Unlimited tomorrow during a special 3DS-only E3 presentation. Yes, we'll be liveblogging from that event, too.
