A reboot of Spy Hunter is speeding towards the Nintendo 3DS and PS Vita.

To mark the arcade original's 30th anniversary, dev TT Fusion has been called in to reboot the franchise for modern handhelds.

In the revamped Spy Hunter, then, you will once again take control of the iconic G-6155 Interceptor supercar, and use its advanced weaponry to counteract global terrorism and live out your James Bond fantasies.

Support staff

This car is more than just an arsenal-on-wheels, however, for it can be transformed into an off-road vehicle - and even a speedboat - at the touch of a button.

During the game, you will also receive air support from an unmanned drone, which can be used to scope out hostile areas before you put some pedal to the metal.

Spy Hunter will be skidding onto 3DS and PS Vita this autumn.
