Grab 4 exclusive playable characters in Mario Tennis Open by visiting your local Asda store
The Yoshi hunt begins...
To celebrate the upcoming launch of Mario Tennis Open on 3DS, Nintendo has organised a massive Yoshi hunt, entitled 'The Yoshi Chase'.
This hunt will involve your tracking down a series of differently coloured tennis-loving Yoshis - playable in Mario Tennis Open - through corresponding QR codes released via various channels over the next few weeks.
At selected UK Asda stores (see here for the full list of participating branches) on Saturday May 25th and Sunday May 26th, shoppers carrying their Nintendo 3DS will be able to grab the first of these QR codes.
This code, held by one of Asda's in-store sampling teams, will grant you access to 'Black Yoshi'. As mentioned above, though, Black Yoshi won't be the only new player stepping onto the Mario Tennis Open court.
In the coming weeks, his brothers (and fellow tennis enthusiasts) White, Blue, and Red Yoshi will be distributed, so keep your eyes open, and your 3DS primed, for this trio of Federer wannabes.
