Free-to-play pixel-art build-'em-up The Sandbox lands on iPhone

Minecraft-esque build-'em-up The Sandbox has finally dug its way onto Apple's App Store and is now available to download for your iPhone or iPod touch.
In case you didn't see the video we posted back in January, The Sandbox transforms you into a god-like character, allowing you to create your very own universe from scratch.
You do this using a variety of different building blocks, such as stone, water, soil, mud, and sand. You can also grow plants and unlock advanced tools and non-organic elements like metal and light bulbs, which allow you to fully customise your creation.
Once your universe is complete, you can share it with the rest of the world through an online gallery.
The Sandbox is available to download for your iPhone for free.
