Flight Control Rocket gets new ships, bots, game mode, and more in update

Flight Control Rocket, which earned a Pocket Gamer Bronze Award when it flew through our review room, has been treated to a sizeable update, which introduces a whole bevy of new content.

For starters, there are ten all-new motherships located across several glorious locations, such as Valkyrie, Deep-Space Angler, Hawaii, and Outback. These motherships can be used in all of the title's game modes.

Speaking of game modes, there's a new one: Rescue. This mode see you attempt to save adrift astronauts using similarly coloured ships.

Finally, there are four new Bots designed to help boost your score, a new three continues per game limit, and the ability to unlock game modes by landing ships.

Flight Control Rocket is available as a Universal app for 69p / 99c.
