Atlus confirms Persona 4: The Golden will be released for PS Vita in the US this autumn

Developer Atlus has confirmed that Persona 4: The Golden, which is scheduled to hit Japanese store shelves on June 15th, will be released in the US for PS Vita this autumn.

Just like we told you back in August, this remake of the PlayStation 2 classic features an expanded story and an all-new character named Marie, as well as a bunch of fresh cutscenes, a new online rescue feature, and some new dialogue.

Persona 4: The Golden will be released in the US sometime after Persona 4 Arena lands on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. So, you're going to be waiting until at least August.

It's still unclear whether or not The Golden will be released in Europe. Fingers crossed.
