Football Manager Handheld 2012 heading to Android on April 11th

It may have taken almost all the regular season to arrive, but from next week Android owners will be finally able to play the Pocket Gamer Gold Award-winning Football Manager Handheld 2012 on their mobiles.

If the title didn’t give any clues, Football Manager Handheld 2012 is the portable re-working of the perennial PC favourite, letting you select a club from hundreds around the world and taskng you with leading them to glory (or relegation, if you’re me).

While it may be a little cut-down from the desktop version, there’s still a terrific amount of depth and options in this portable powerhouse, including adjustable tactics, 2D match highlights, and an all-new Challenge mode.

Football Manager 2012 should be kicking off on Android from April 11th for £6.99.
