Burn the Rope: Worlds
By Big Blue Bubble - download for iPhone

In Burn the Rope: Worlds, you have one simple objective: burn as much rope as you possibly can without your flame being extinguished.

Yes, there's a catch. Your flame can only burn upwards. This means you have to frantically tilt and rotate your device to keep your fire burning.

You do so across four unique worlds and more than 100 challenging stages - most of which feature squishy bugs that can help or hinder your progress.

Snappers
By Emerging Banking - download for iPhone or download for iPad

Snappers is an addictive puzzle game in which you attempt to create chain reactions and eliminate all of the game's colourful creatures in a pre-determined number of moves.

It's not that simple, though. Red Snappers may disappear from the field of play after a single hit, but green - and other coloured - Snappers require more spanks.
