Ravenous Games's much-anticipated sequel League of Evil 2 has finally somersaulted onto Apple's App Store, complete with all-new hand-drawn animations by small indie game studio Bulletproof Outlaws.

Yes, that's right: the pixel-art graphics are gone.

Anyway, this fast-paced platformer features over 100 levels spread across five unique locations - all of which are crammed with evil scientists, dastardly hazards, and annoying obstacles.

Luckily, you can jump, double-jump, wall-jump, flip, somersault, wall-hug, and decapitate enemies, so you're well equipped to make it through each of the game's stages alive.

Wham!

League of Evil 2 features support for Apple's iCloud service, which means you can play across multiple devices without losing your progress.

You can currently grab League of Evil 2 from the App Store as a Universal app for the special launch price of 69p / 99c.

It'll sell for £1.99 / $2.99 after a "limited time", so we suggest you download it quickly if you're interested.
