American 3DS-toting fans of the Pokemon TV series will be able to catch episodes of the show while out and about from next week onwards by visiting a local Nintendo Zone.

Nintendo Zone is available in over 29,000 locations across the US, providing 3DS owners with access to free wi-fi, demos, 3D videos, trivia challenges, and retailer promotions.

From February 6th on, though, visitors to a Nintendo Zone in the US will be able to shimmy over to a bespoke Pokemon section and watch full-length episodes of the Pokemon TV series.

Pokefanatics will also find videos of the latest Pokemon video games, info on the Pokemon Trading Card Games, and news about the franchise in general in this specially designed corner of the Nintendo Zone.

News of this Pokemon section of the Nintendo Zone follows on from Ninty's recent announcement that it has inked a deal with free-hotspot.com to deliver 5,000 free wi-fi hotspots in 21 different European countries.
