Land-a-Panda devs letting dog-dashing arcade title Off The Leash out onto the App Store from midnight

Big Pixel Studios, the developer behind the Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning Land-a Panda, is preparing to let loose its latest title onto the App Store from midnight tonight: the canine-centric vertical running game Off the Leash.

You play as Steve the Golden Retriever as he leads a pack of dogs through over 90 increasingly tricky environments, collecting coins and gathering up extra companions as you run.

The game uses single-handed tilt control system to control Steve, while the in-game (and IAP) store provides valuable items to use in your journey. Such as a huge giant dog that kills everything in sight (you know, the usual).

Big Pixel has a bit of a reputation for creating bizarre-looking titles (see Meow Meow Happy Fight if you don't believe us), and it looks like Off the Leash will continue in the same vein if the trailer below is any indication.

Off the Leash will be out in the US and UK App Stores from midnight tonight, and costs none of your English pounds/American dollars to download.
