Assassin's Creed Recollection updated with new missions and new reward system

The rather splendid deck-building game Assassin's Creed Recollection on iPad has been updated with a whole bunch of new content.

New Challenge Missions have been added to the card game spin-off that let you win an additional 4500 credits and 7000 XP by battling against a random selection of AI opponents.

This new content only kicks in after you've finished the main story mode, though, so you'll have to battle through that before you can start claiming these extra wads of cash and experience.

Work in the dark

The reward system in the game has also received a few tweaks.

Now, you'll be able to earn up to 500 credits a day, with a win counting as 50, a draw 25, and a loss earning just 10. Quit before the end of a match, mind, and you get nothing.

Lastly, the Sequence Builder section has been subtly altered: it now displays why a certain deck is invalid, which should prove handy for those still getting to grips with the game mechanics.

Assassin's Creed Recollection picked up a Pocket Gamer Silver Award when it launched on iPad at the end of last year, thanks to its slick real-time tactics and clever interplay between the various well-presented cards.

You can pick it up for your iPad for 69p / 99c by hitting the button below.
