Addictive physics-puzzler Cut the Rope swinging over to Windows Phone and Symbian 'soon'

Last month, Chillingo made its debut on the Windows Phone Marketplace through the release of Cut the Rope-esque puzzler Spider Jack.

Naturally, the publisher wasn't likely to stop there.

In a recent conversation with website paidContent, developer ZeptoLab revealed that the 'actual' Cut the Rope will be arriving on both Windows Phone- and Symbian-powered devices "soon".

Delivering the goods

"It [Cut the Rope] will be coming to both Windows Phone and Symbian soon," the developer said.

"We actually started working on Symbian a while ago but there are a lot of device models so we need to make sure we can deliver it to everyone - similar to Android, which we wanted to release in the spring but had to wait until the summer to make sure it worked properly everywhere."

The PG Silver Award-winning iPhone game Cut the Rope will be available on the Windows Phone Marketplace and Symbian-powered devices "soon", so keep your eyes peeled for it.
