Battle Shock (iPhone)

We haven't reviewed Battle Shock here at Pocket Gamer Towers, but this strategy title has been featured by Apple in its "Best Castle Defense Games", "New & Noteworthy", and "What We're Playing" sections of the App Store. It's probably worth checking out, then.

There are three different game modes to tackle, and three different difficulty settings for you to master. Plus, a whole range of different spells and archers to buy, upgrade, and utilise.

Treasure Defense HD (Universal)

In this extremely colourful tower defence title, you try to protect your collection of magical crystals from getting into the grubby mitts of a horde of unscrupulous treasure hunters.

You attempt to do so across more than 15 unique maps, using three upgradable towers and ten types of powerful magic.
