Now spun out from parent company Exient into a fully independent studio, Oxford, UK-based developer First Touch Games is now looking to the future.

It's just revealed Dream League Soccer.

Based on an updated version of the First Touch Soccer engine, it's a free-to-play title that enables you to build your own team to compete against top clubs from around the world.

Shiny and new

"Our new 2012 engine has had some major updates over last year's game, and Dream League Soccer is a first chance to see what it's capable of. We have improved visuals, gameplay, and loads more," director Charles Chapman said.

"Dream League Soccer as a free-to-play game is a new direction for us, and something we're excited about. It's not a demo, or a cut down version of another game. It's all in there."

Few other details about the game have been disclosed to date, other than it's been submitted to Apple and will be available soon.
