With so many games on the App Store, it's a rare day that you see something new and fresh.

And while I'm not sure how it's going to play as a game, German outfit FGD Entertainment certainly catches the eye with its latest release Blueprint 3D.

It's sort of reminiscent of the lovely Zen Bound, only with a less arty, more engineering theme.

Another angle

Basically, you have to turn and rotate a clutter of seemingly chaotic dots and lines to turn them back into the 3D blueprint that's been fragmented.

Over 240 levels are promised, structured in different themes such as military, space, electronics, and medieval.

You can understand how it works in the following video.

Blueprint 3D will be released for iPhone, priced 99c, €0.79, or 69p and for iPad, priced $2.99, €2.39, or £1.99 on November 10th.
