Gameloft racer Asphalt 6: Adrenaline updated with improved visuals for iPhone 4S
Pedal to the processor
French publisher Gameloft has decided to utilise the iPhone 4S's all-new dual-core A5 processor, treating its Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning racer Asphalt 6: Adrenaline to a fresh coat of paint.
The update introduces smoother real-time windshield reflections and a "heightened feeling of speed", with motion blur during Adrenaline and crash sequences giving the game an increased cinematic feel.
Sticking with graphics, you now also get real-time road lighting for a "more detailed and realistic look", real-time shadows under all of your high-powered machines, and improved particle physics.
Finally, according to Asphalt 6: Adrenaline's App Store description, the game runs on the 4S "twice as fast" as it does on previous iPhone models.
To test that out for yourself, simply head on over to Apple.com and order yourself a shiny iPhone 4S. And then make your way over to the App Store and grab Asphalt 6: Adrenaline for 69p/99c.
