Epic Games president Mike Capps has taken to the stage at Apple's 'Let's Talk iPhone' event to unveil Infinity Blade II, which will be available on December the 1st 2011.

Powered - once again - by Unreal Engine 3, the follow-up to Pocket Gamer Gold Award-winning Infinity Blade will feature support for Apple's new iCloud, allowing you to transfer profiles and save games between multiple devices.

The game will come packing dozens of new locations "set across expansive 3D environments" and new enemies and bosses to do battle with. Naturally, you'll have a new arsenal of weaponry at your disposal.

Slash 'em twice

Infinity Blade II will also feature a brand new online mode called Clash Mob, which will allow you to participate with other gamers in "massively social" challenges, and unlock rare weapons and exclusive items.

And, if you can't until December for your Infinity Blade fix, you can head over to the iBookstore and download new novella Infinity Blade: Awakening for £1.99/$2.99.

Pricing for Infinity Blade II will be announced at a later date.
